"Vollmer Farm School Spirit Days" Fundraiser to support your school's PTA!
We value our relationships with so many schools in NC; therefore this fall, Vollmer Farm is pleased to announce that we will give 10% of your school-related admissions to our Back 40 Country Playground during EVERY Saturday and Sunday in October! (Click here for fall hours of operation).
Just 3 simple steps to a hassle-free fundraiser that will be a money maker for your PTA!
1. Have your PTA representative complete this online form ASAP (but no later than Sept 25) to indicate interest and we will be back in touch right away.
2. Distribute the informational flyer we provide to each student or family in your school. We will email the flyer to your main PTA contact listed on the online form. The flyer should be sent home in backpacks by mid to late September for best results!
3. Continue to promote the fundraiser in your regular communications to students & parents in late September and throughout the month of October.
When a family from your school comes to the farm with your school's flyer, we will keep a headcount of how many Back 40 admissions were in that family. At the end of the season, we will tally the results and cut a check to your PTA for 10 percent to your total weekend Back 40 admissions! Wow, it is just that easy!
For example: Back 40 admission is $14 for an all-inclusive day pass to TONS of activities. (Ages 2 and under FREE & Seniors discount). Your school would receive 10% back on every weekend Back 40 admission associated with your school, i.e. ALL family members! Make sure your families bring the flyer with them. It will be our only way to ID your school families and keep track of your admissions during the season!
