Deposit: In order to provide the best experience for all the groups that visit, we want to be sure to have plenty of staff, room on our wagons and ensure everyone has a chance to visit, we require a $25 deposit for all groups when scheduling a tour.  The deposit is due within 10 days of booking a tour.  If on the day of your tour, you are within 10% of your scheduled estimate we will gladly refund your deposit or apply it to your total.  A member of our tour staff will contact the group organizer 7-10 before your scheduled date to help confirm your number of guests.  Thank you for your cooperation!
